How iBets.co.za makes money
iBets.co.za is an independent review and comparison site. We do not take bets, hold player funds or run any games. Some of the operators reviewed on this site pay us a commission when a reader clicks through to them and registers or deposits. These commercial relationships are how the site is funded.
Which links are affiliate links
Any button or link that sends you to an operator’s site is an affiliate link. They are marked with a small “Ad” label next to the button or in the offer bar at the bottom of the page, and they carry the rel="sponsored" attribute so that search engines treat them as advertising. Links to regulators, to the operator’s own terms pages and to other reference sources are not affiliate links.
What it costs you
Nothing. The commission is paid by the operator out of its marketing budget. You pay the same deposits, receive the same bonuses and are subject to the same terms whether you arrive through iBets.co.za or by typing the operator’s address yourself. Where we publish an exclusive promo code, the terms of that code are shown on the page and come from the operator.
What it does not change
Ratings, verdicts and the order in which operators appear are decided by our own testing: we register, verify, deposit and withdraw with real money and record what happened and when. Operators cannot buy a review, a score or a position in a list, and they do not see reviews before publication. A commercial relationship does not stop us from describing slow payouts, unclear bonus terms or poor support where we found them, and we say so in the review when we did.
Licensed operators only
We only link to bookmakers and betting sites that hold a valid South African provincial licence. Every review states the licence number, the issuing board and the date we checked it.
