🚫 Why You Should NEVER Take Insurance
Insurance is one of the worst bets in the casino. Here’s why the maths doesn’t work:
In an 8-deck shoe, there are 416 cards. When the dealer shows an Ace, 128 of the remaining cards are 10-value cards (10, J, Q, K) that would give them blackjack. That’s 128 out of 415 remaining cards = 30.77% chance the dealer has blackjack.
