Click “Verify now” to submit. The bank account details you enter here must match the name on your verified FICA documents — EFT payments to a third-party account name will be flagged and held for compliance review.

⚠️ Common EFT Error: Wrong Account Type

Selecting the wrong account type (e.g., selecting Cheque when you have a Savings account) is the most frequent reason EFT withdrawals are delayed or reversed. Capitec accounts are always Savings. Most FNB, ABSA, Nedbank, and Standard Bank current accounts are Cheque. If unsure, check your bank card or the account type listed in your banking app before submitting.

🚫 Blocker 1: Active Bonus with Uncleared Wagering
