YesPlay offers four ways to sign in:

Step 4: You’re In

Once authenticated, you land on the YesPlay dashboard with your balance visible at the top. From here you can play 800+ games, place sports bets, access Aviator, or manage deposits and withdrawals. Check “Remember Me” on your personal device so you stay signed in between visits.

“Incorrect Mobile Number or Password”

The most common error. Your password is case-sensitive, so check Caps Lock. Make sure you’re entering the exact cellphone number from registration — no spaces, no +27 prefix, just 10 digits starting with 0. If you registered via Google or Apple, your phone number login won’t work — use the matching social sign-in button instead.

“Account Locked” After Too Many Attempts

YesPlay temporarily locks your account after several failed sign-in attempts — this is a security feature, not a ban. Wait 15–30 minutes, then try again. If you reset your password during this window, the lock clears immediately after the reset completes. Clearing your browser cookies can also help if the site is caching an old session.

OTP / SMS Verification Code Not Arriving

YesPlay sometimes sends an OTP when it detects a new device or browser. If the SMS doesn’t arrive within 60 seconds, try these fixes in order:

• Wait up to 5 minutes — SA network delays are common during evening peak hours (7–10 PM)
• Tap “Resend” once — don’t request multiple codes, only the latest one works
• Check your SMS spam/junk folder (some phones filter unknown numbers)
• Make sure your phone has signal — try switching between WiFi and mobile data
• If nothing works, use Google or Apple sign-in as an alternative — no OTP needed

Login Page Won’t Load or Keeps Spinning

Clear your browser cache (Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data), then reload. If you’re on a VPN, disable it — YesPlay may block certain VPN IPs. Try a different browser (Chrome works best on Android, Safari on iPhone). If you’re on mobile data and it’s slow, switch to WiFi or vice versa. SA networks occasionally have routing issues that a simple switch resolves.

Google / Facebook / Apple Sign-In Not Working

Make sure you’re already signed into the social account in the same browser. Disable pop-up blockers for yesplay.bet (the authorisation window needs to open). If using Apple sign-in, check that your Apple ID region is set to South Africa and that two-factor authentication is enabled. As a fallback, try mobile number login — but you’ll need the password you set during registration.

Step 1: Tap “Forgot Password”

On the login page, click “Forgot Password” below the password field. You’ll be asked to enter your registered SA cellphone number.

Step 2: Enter the 4-Digit SMS Code

YesPlay sends a 4-digit code via SMS (arrives in 1–3 minutes). Type it into the “Enter code from the SMS” field. The code expires after 10 minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, tap “Resend” or check your SMS spam folder.

Step 3: Set a New Password & Confirm

Create a new password (minimum 8 characters — mix letters, numbers, and a symbol for security). Re-enter it to confirm, then tap the green “Confirm” button. You’ll be automatically signed in with your new password. Save it somewhere secure — don’t reuse passwords from other betting sites.

Can I sign in to YesPlay on my phone without downloading an app?

Yes. Open yesplay.bet in your mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, or Samsung Internet) and sign in exactly as you would on desktop. The mobile site is fully optimised and loads quickly. Add it to your home screen for app-like access. If you still want a native app, an Android APK is available.

What phone number format should I use?

Enter your 10-digit SA cellphone number starting with 0 (e.g. 0821234567). No spaces, no dashes, no +27 country code. It must be the exact number you used during registration.

I registered with Google — can I still use phone number login?

Only if you set a separate password during registration. If you registered exclusively through Google, you must use “Sign in with Google” to access your account. The same applies to Facebook and Apple registrations — use the matching social button.

Do I need to sign in every time I visit YesPlay?

Not if you check “Remember Me” during sign-in on your personal device. Your session stays active between visits. For security, never use this on shared or public devices — always log out when using someone else’s phone or a library computer.

What if I changed my cellphone number?

Contact YesPlay support via live chat or email at info@yesplay.bet. They’ll need to verify your identity (FICA documents) before updating the number on your account. Until the change is processed, use Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in if you linked one of those during registration.
