The practical consequence is that OTTVoucher is built for the cash economy rather than for people who already bank online. If you have a Capitec app and use Ozow instant EFT, the voucher adds a step. If you are paid in cash, it removes several.

⚠️ Important: Accepting OTT In Does Not Mean Paying OTT Out
Jabulabets is the clearest example. It takes OTT deposits from R10 with no fee and credits them instantly, but its published payments table lists no OTT withdrawal route at all. If collecting winnings in cash matters to you, choose on the payout column, not the deposit column. Betshezi and Goldrush are the two in this list that publish a genuine OTT way out.
Four bookmakers we cover do not name the OTT Voucher on their own banking pages as of 29 July 2026: Apex Bets, which lists generic payment vouchers and a R100 minimum on bank transfer, plus Virgin Bet, Topbet and Playabets. Virgin Bet does publish a R10 minimum deposit and accepts 1Voucher, so it remains a low entry option on a different voucher. We could not read the banking pages for Lulabet or BetXchange, so neither is listed either way rather than guessed at.
📝 How to Deposit With an OTT Voucher
Buy the voucher in cash, open the bookmaker’s cashier, choose OTT Voucher, enter the PIN and the amount, and confirm. The balance appears immediately. The whole sequence takes under two minutes once you have the PIN, and nothing in it asks for a card number, a bank login or an app.
Step 1: Buy the Voucher
Pay cash at any OTT till point and ask for the amount you want, from R10 up to R2,000. You receive a printed slip with the PIN on it. Keep the slip until the deposit has cleared.
Step 2: Open the Cashier
Log in to your account and go to the deposit or cashier page. At Zarbet the published path is to navigate to the OTT option and click the deposit button.
Step 3: Enter the PIN and Amount

One honest weakness worth naming: OTT does not publish an expiry period for its vouchers, where both 1Voucher and Blu Voucher state three years and 36 months respectively. If you buy an OTT Voucher you do not intend to use straight away, treat that silence as a reason to redeem it sooner rather than later.
